Property owner Amy lives in home on the second floor and often works in the first-floor office. The Green, Yellow, and Blue bedrooms, named after their wall color, on the home's first floor are offered individually to Airbnb guests. Each bedroom includes a queen bed, full closet, space heater, and smart lock door for guest privacy and security. Each bedroom's guest will be assigned one of the two full bathrooms also on the first floor. Guests may prepare and enjoy meals in the home's kitchen including use of refridgerator, gas range and oven, microwave oven, toaster, coffeemaker, cookware, serveware, and tableware. Guests may relax or work-out in the large living room with a large high-definition screen, exercise weights, and yoga mats. Guests may clean and dry laundry in the laudry room. Guests may use the outdoor furniture and the giant trampoline in the backyard.

The home is located one and a half blocks uphill from the Valencia Street corridor shops. Seniors and guests with mobility limitations may have difficulty shopping by foot.
