The location of the Perch is unbeatable. It is immediately next to the beautiful Dolores Park, surrounded by plenty of cafes and restaurants, and walking distance from the BART station. The places was clean and nicely decorated. It offered plenty of amenities, even for someone like me that stayed for a month. Rob is also very responsive and helpful for whatever you might need. I highly recommend this place!

As a travel nurse that's constantly on the move, The Perch was such a soft wonderful place to land. It rests above Mission Dolores Park and has a wonderful view, some nights you can see fireworks from the balcony. The space and design is as pictured. It provides space and privacy. I recommend and hope to have the opportunity to return in the future.

We stayed at Rob’s place for a month due to repairs in our home. The Victorian is spacious, clean, well equipped - a real SF gem, super close to local favorites like Tartine, Bi-Rite and Craftsman and Wolves. And, of course, right in front of Dolores Park! Communication with Rob was great.

Rob's home fit our multi generation family of 6 perfectly. My 4yo was obsessed with the legos and books and there were high chair, pack-and-play, baby monitor perfect for my 1yo. Rob also provided an extra air mattress for us to room in with the kids. There were also plenty of crockery and utensils for simple cooking. I was drawn to the spacious dining area and reading room in the photos and they did not disappointment. Only thing I was not expecting a long flight of stairs leading up from the entrance so may need to check with the host if any mobility issues. The location was unbeatable, right off of Dolores park and walking distance to public transport. There's a breakfast spot and an ice cream shop right around the corner. The garage couldn't fit our minivan but we parked out front on the street and didn't have any issues. Rob was responsive, friendly, and were on site within minutes when we needed help. All in all, beautiful memories made here I would revisit in a heartbeat!

This little Airbnb is incredible! Possibly one of my favorite I've stayed at. You get to see gorgeous views of the sunrise when you wake up in the morning and step onto the porch. The location is unbeatable - literally right across from Dolores Park with a delicious cafe and breakfast spot next door that opens at 7am. I will absolutely try to stay here again next time I visit San Francisco - if it's still available!

Prime location, perfect for a quick getaway! The place was great, and I appreciated the extra fans. Cooled off quickly after the sun went down and the fog came in - perfect sleeping temperature. The location is totally walkable from the 16th street BART station, which is great. Alternatively, you can take Caltrain to 22nd; easy to catch a ride to/from there (2nd to last stop if you're coming up from the peninsula), which is what I did. Anyway, love the space, love the area. 10 out of 10!

Such an amazing location for an SF Airbnb! Right next to Dolores Park, bars, restaurants. Not sure it gets much better. The apartment isn’t huge, but is so perfectly cozy and comfortable - felt like my own little hideaway. Perfect for 1 or 2 travelers who plan to spend most of their time exploring the city, but want a conveniently located HQ. I will 100% look to stay here again when I come back to SF.

Beautiful! A little oasis in the center of the city! Rob's place is in a great neighborhood, right off the park and lots of things to do / places to eat, but the loft itself is quiet and calm, with a fantastic deck and views. Rob was a great host to me and my guests, quick to reply and easy in communication. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place, very thoughtful and walkable to many restaurants, shopping and public transportations. The first night, there was an event in front of the house, and live music was going all day long right front of the house, and at night, a party or something going on and loud dance music was kept on until really late and it was not easy to sleep without earplugs. If you are noise sensitive, depends on the day it might be very hard to sleep. Otherwise, everything else was wonderful.

Rob’s place was beautiful and had a very relaxing stay that felt like an oasis apart from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the city. Great place and location, and would definitely stay again!
