This is such a rare gem in the heart of the city. You’re walking distance to Dolores park and so much to do. The apartment is so colorful, fun, and intentional. Hosts: Rob and Amy were beyond accommodating and lovely. I instantly felt at home and was grateful for the experience. Highly recommend for solo travelers in SF. It was perfect!

I reserved the yellow room for my parents as they were visiting the city and they loved it ! The private bathroom is great and the location is perfect. They had a lovely time. Thank you !

We stayed at Rob’s place for a month due to repairs in our home. The Victorian is spacious, clean, well equipped - a real SF gem, super close to local favorites like Tartine, Bi-Rite and Craftsman and Wolves. And, of course, right in front of Dolores Park! Communication with Rob was great.

Great stay! As someone who has lived in SF for 20 years and moved a way it was lovely to be able to stay in one of my favorite areas of town. Yes, this is a room in a house that you could get for the same price as a private hotel room with your own bathroom buuuut this is way better. Better because hotels in sf that are under $300 a night are gross to the point of wanting shower shoes in your own bathroom. This place is not gross like at all, it’s spotless. The location is unbeatable, close to public trans, restaurants, bars, and beautiful views of the city. Do note though that co-host Amy does use the front room on your floor for work aka loud zoom meetings durning the week. Also, since it is an older house, sound does travel immensely when anyone is the kitchen conversing. Other than that the place felt pretty quiet. The hosts are very quick to answer any questions or requests. I would 1000% stay here again. Loved it and so will you!

We loved our stay at Rob's place in Dolores Heights! The location is ideal, and the Airbnb was spacious, clean, very quiet and very well equipped. Our bedroom was cosy and bright with an extremely comfortable bed, plenty of storage space and a large closet. Amy, our host, was very welcoming, generous and responsive to our needs. I honestly couldn't have been more pleased with our choice and wouldn't hesitate a minute to recommend it. Thank you Rob and Amy for your hospitality!

Great place to stay in central location with lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Really enjoyed the place & was just as advertised. Hosts were very responsive and happy to make our stay as enjoyable as possible!

This is such a cozy and authentic victorian house in the heart of Mission District! Everything was just perfect: superb room, very nice and spotless shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. Everyone very respectful and friendly. Specially Amy, who was such a nice host for us. We loved everything about this stay!

We had so much fun staying in this colorful home! The kids loved all having their own color themed rooms and it was nice to have so much room to spread out! Very walkable neighborhood with lots of good restaurants and bakeries. Close to public transport. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved this place! The Airbnb is a true gem in the heart of the Mission District. The decor and colors throughout the space are vibrant, artistic, and totally unique—it felt like stepping into a design magazine. Every room had thoughtful touches that made the space feel both stylish and comfortable. It’s not your typical rental; it’s full of personality and charm. Great location, too—walkable to so many great restaurants and cafes. Would 100% stay here again!

Staying at Amy's was fantastic. Beautiful home (very colourful!). Would've been awesome to have the kitchen up and running but I'm sure it'll be great when the renovation is done. Amy herself is super lovely, great host. Overall a great AirBNB!
